Annual
General Eating!
Sun 26 Oct at 10am
In place of the usual working bee you are invited to come,
relax, chat, pat a few backs, check out who’s done what and
how over the last year. Lunch will be a feast largely from
the garden and a few choice external ingredients prepared
and cooked over the morning by whoever feels like experimenting
in the kitchen with wood fire and fresh food.
"From
The Earth to the Table"
Book Launch
Sun 16 Nov at 4pm
Some time ago Fig Tree gardeners were given the chance to
contribute to a book compiled by local not for profit publisher
Catchfire Press. “From the Earth to the Table” is to
be launched at the Fig with some nibbles and drinks. If you
contributed to the book, you want to read the book, or you
just like the idea of attending a book launch, put this one
in your diary.
