Annual General Eating!
Sun 26 Oct at 10am
In place of the usual working bee you are invited to come, relax, chat, pat a few backs, check out who’s done what and how over the last year. Lunch will be a feast largely from the garden and a few choice external ingredients prepared and cooked over the morning by whoever feels like experimenting in the kitchen with wood fire and fresh food.

"From The Earth to the Table" Book Launch
Sun 16 Nov at 4pm
Some time ago Fig Tree gardeners were given the chance to contribute to a book compiled by local not for profit publisher Catchfire Press. “From the Earth to the Table” is to be launched at the Fig with some nibbles and drinks. If you contributed to the book, you want to read the book, or you just like the idea of attending a book launch, put this one in your diary.

Regular Events:

From 9am every Thursday tends to be a family day at the Fig, fit for parents with young kids, homeschoolers and anyone else for that matter, all welcome. Every second Thursday is a BYO wood fired lunch.
Upcoming Thursday cook-ups:
30 Oct, 13 Nov, 27 Nov, 11 Dec.

Come along to our
Community Kitchen
starting at 5pm, on the 2nd Friday of each month. Bring something to cook in our wood-fired oven and good company. A nice way to wind up the week.
