OUR ENROLMENT PROCESS
A Warm Welcome Awaits Your Child
Inquiry and Initial Contact
Contact the daycare centre via phone, email, or an online inquiry form to express interest and check availability.
Tour of the Centre
Schedule a tour to visit the centre, meet the Educators, and learn more about the programs and environment.
Enrolment Form
Complete an enrolment form, either online or in person, providing key details about your child, such as age, dietary needs, medical information, and emergency contacts.
Enrolment Form
Submit required paperwork, such as immunisation records, birth certificates, proof of identity, and any applicable subsidies or financial support documentation, as well as yours’ and your child’s CRN.
Enrolment Confirmation
The daycare will confirm availability and review your application. Once accepted, you will receive an enrolment confirmation.
Orientation Session
Attend two or more orientation or settling-in sessions to familiarise your child with the centre, Educators, and daily routines.
Finalise Payment Details
Confirm fees, payment schedules, and any applicable subsidies (e.g., the Childcare Subsidy in Australia).
First Day at Daycare
Begin your child’s journey at the daycare, with support from Educators to ensure a smooth transition.
