Excursion Form: Street Library

Excursion Form: Street Library

Dear Families,

At Figtree Early Learning Centre, we believe that excursions provide valuable learning experiences for children. These outings support children’s learning and development by enhancing their understanding of the community and the world around them while building real-world skills they can use throughout life.

Excursions provide hands-on learning opportunities that support children’s independence and problem-solving abilities as they learn to:

  • Follow group instructions
  • Navigate different environments safely
  • Practise social skills such as communication, patience, and respect for others
