Opening Checklist

Figtree Daily Hazard Identification Checklist

This checklist is to assist in conducting and recording daily inspections of all areas of Figtree where foreseeable risks may have arisen overnight or where safety may have been affected since the last check. It is the responsibility of the Responsible Person to complete this checklist at the beginning of their opening shift, in line with the National Laws and Regulations. When you submit this form, it will not automatically collect your details like name and email address unless you provide it yourself.

Indoors
